Story:

Our Krewe got lost touring the rainforests of Belize and stumbled upon an abandoned rum runners' hut filled with COPALLI RUM, and other exotic elixirs of the Yucatan. We gathered fruits and spices from the TROPICAL BOUNTY of this lush environment. We invite you to take a JUNGLE WALK to our makeshift bar and enjoy some cocktails.

In honor of the Tiki Oasis theme this year "Trip to the Tropics", we want to take you into the rainforest and share some flavors and music of the caribbean.

Come take a picture at the Jungle Walk photo op, and feel free to wear your best Jungle attire!!

We have developed an original cocktail celebrating the flavors of Belize, and the Yucatan, with TROPICAL BOUNTY. And are honored to represent Copalli and their commitment to sustainability, and preserving the rainforest. Please visit the Rainforest Trust campaign and consider a donation.

We our serving The Havana, which was a cocktail designed and served by Suzanne Long during the Forbidden Island Suite Party in 2011 ... awarded Best Suite Party 2011!! This is our Time Warp cocktail - reviving a previous cocktail for your enjoyment :)

We are also serving a drink in line (as we like to do) to celebrate the summer and bring you back to memories of childhood with the Creamsicle43.

We will honor a very good friend that passed away with a Memorial Cocktail, which was one of his favorites ... the  Bali Bali.

There will also be a sponsor tasting table out on the balcony, to enjoy some of the individual products from our sponsors.
