Story: This year the Pa'ina Krewe served 2 drinks and warm-up shots; as well as grilled appetizers to approx. 90 people in 1.5 hours.

This cocktail is a riff on the Pineapple Milk from Ralph Brennan's restaurant in Downtown Disney Anaheim.

This is a riff on the Painkiller from Pusser's Rum in British Virgin Islands. It adds some Barbancourt Pango rum to a traditional Painkiller.

The Grilled Beef skewer was drizzled in our secret Huli Huli sauce, and sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds.

This was to offer a vegetarian option for a snack. The grilled pineapple was drizzled in a Vanilla Lime Cordial.
