From the Tiki Oasis website history "Our 2019 theme incorporated two ideas we had been considering for a long time: Second Wave Surf Music and “80s Exotica.” In the 1980s, simultaneous to the explosion of “New Wave”, was the “Second Wave” in the swell of Surf Music history."

The theme was roughly 80's era music and genre. The dates were Thursday August 7 - Sunday August 11, 2019.
